Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Officers and Directors The Annual Meeting of Wisconsin Association USA Track & Field, Inc. will be held Sunday, August 16, 2026, 1-5 pm at the Ingleside Hotel, Pewaukee, Wisconsin. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Current members age 18 and over are eligible to vote. Any members age 18 and over who are interested in running for office may contact Mary Stroud, 608-469-9643 or marystroud95@gmail.com by July 15, 2026 for more information. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Additional information about the conduct of the Annual Meeting, election, and the remainder of the Association Bylaws can be found at Wisconsin Association Bylaws. The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be available in a few days. It will be emailed to the membership and included on the Wisconsin Association website (wisconsin.usatf.org).
